Western NY Dumpster Rentals — Rental Agreement & Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every dump trailer rental from Western NY Dumpster Rentals, whether you book on this website, by phone, or through an AI assistant acting for you. Before your rental is confirmed you sign a rental agreement containing these terms, together with your name, delivery address, drop-off and pick-up dates, and the overage rate.
The following items are strictly prohibited from being placed in the dump trailer. The renter is solely responsible for any fees, fines, or disposal costs incurred at the dump site if any prohibited items are found:
Mattresses and box springs are not accepted. If a mattress or box spring is found in the trailer at pickup, a fee of $150.00 per item will be charged to the renter.
White goods — large appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, stoves, and water heaters — are accepted for an additional disposal fee of $100.00 per item. Appliances containing Freon (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers) remain prohibited as listed above.
The renter is not permitted to move, tow, or relocate the dump trailer under any circumstances. The trailer must remain at the delivery address for the full rental period. Any unauthorized movement of the trailer may result in additional charges and liability.
Each rental includes 2,000 lbs of material at no additional charge. Once the trailer has been dumped, Western NY Dumpster Rentals will obtain the final weight and notify the renter. Any weight exceeding 2,000 lbs will be billed per ton, prorated, at the overage rate shown in your rental agreement (currently $125 per ton).
Any overage invoice must be paid within 7 days of pickup. Balances not paid within 7 days will accrue a late fee of $25.00 per week until paid in full.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the proper use of the trailer and its contents during the rental period. Western NY Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for any damage caused by improper loading, placement of prohibited materials, or unauthorized use of the trailer.
By signing the rental agreement, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in the agreement, including the rental dates, delivery address, and customer details shown on it.
